Dave came the same day as we called to look at our old water heater and see if he could fix it. He made an attempt, but it was not repairable. He came the next day with a new heater! They laid down tarp from the door to the basement utility room. They installed the heater, including the updated piping that was necessary. I was impressed how clean everything was when they were done. We so appreciated how quickly they responded to own request for help! What a professional and friendly group of guys! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

It went very, very well!  A week before this past Christmas leaks developed in both our laundry tub and washing machine traps and drain plumbing.  Needless to say, I was worried that it would be very difficult to find a plumber to come at repair these leaks. But, through a suggestion from another plumbing company, I contacted Blue Star Plumbing and they responded far above my expectations!  They replied within minutes to a message I left on their answering machine.  They came to my home quickly just as they promised.  They did all the necessary repairs with skill and explained what they had to do in language I could easily follow. And we they had finished and left, the work area was cleaner than when they had arrived.  The cost for all of the materials and labor to repair these two leaking systems can to $230.  Amazing experience with Blue Star in every way.  I know who I am calling the next time my plumbing needs help!  Thanks a ton!  Bill

As mentioned above, they put in a new main water valve. I neede a lever valve installed because the old knob was broken and hard to turn.

My husband found that our water heater was leaking. The company who originally installed the heater 12 years ago recommended Blue Star along with two other companies. Dave was able to come over the same day, install a new water heater, and clean up, too. His wife came to provide tools or parts every once in a while. I realize we were very lucky to get service on the same day, and it usually takes longer, but he was so helpful and personable and easy to work with, that it made buying a new water heater almost painless. He helped us fill out the forms for our rebate, and was gone in time for us to make dinner!
