I made an appointment with this company for 3:00 and took the afternoon off work. By 4:30 when they had not showed up I called to find out if the plumber was coming. The secretary (who couldn't even get my name right) said she would call the plumber to see how much longer it would be. I got a call from the plumber at 5:00 saying he was never told about the appointment and was on a big job and would have to reschedule. Now I know there can be mix ups but my time, like theirs, is important and I wasted a whole afternoon waiting for a plumber who never showed. Obviously they don't value customer service, consequently I have found a different plumber who went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.

It only took a few hours and they did a great job. We were very happy with their work. They were honest and did excellent work. They were very prompt. They gave us a fair estimate. We would use them again. They have been the best plumbers we have used.

They are great. They are personable and listen very well. They do what you ask of them and do it quickly. They were able to come out very late one night to fix a problem when one of my renter's turned off the heat in an area that it should always stay on causing the pipes to freeze. This was over Christmas vacation and they were still able to come out around 11:00pm that night and get the job done. This is just the kind of people they are.
