St Boni Appliance & Refrigeration Service

The repairman came out to my house and reeked of smoke. He looked at the ice maker, and seemed confused. He said usually there are codes somewhere on the bottom that you can enter in to reset it. Since they weren't there, he was stumped as to what to do. He said he didn't know how to fix it without the codes and I should call someone that is certified with Kitchenaid.

I think I pulled him from Angie’s List originally. It was $140. He did a good job. He’s great. He’s real good at price. I’ve had him come out two times for different things.

The service provider (Rick), was on time and professional.  He was able to dx. the problem quickly and had the tools with him to fix the problem.  He ensured the washing machine was working prior to him leaving, and said to be sure and call if the repair had not fixed the problem.  I am very satisfied with the results and would use this company again.

Not much to say except the person doing the repairs was on time, friendly, efficient, and did the job right. Very pleased with the service and will go to them again in the future if needed.

The service repair person came the day after we contacted this company, was on time and although the washer repair was not a major problem, he stated that he would return if the problem came up again without any additional charge. And happy to say that my dryer no longer squeaks. Very pleased with the fast service.

St. Boni's was a wonderful company to work with. My Jenn Air gas cook-top had two burners that would not light. The total charge for coming out to diagnose the problem and then come back to replace the parts was only $135.00. Another company I called was almost double the estimated cost.I had a problem with my dishwasher a few months later and called and explained the problem to St. Boni's and they talked me through some possible issues and encouraged me to check the solutions before they came out. Gratefully, one of the solutions worked and I did not need them to come out. They could have scheduled an appointment, come out and charged me for something that really was an easy fix for me.I plan on using them in the future if the need arises.

They were here right away and did a good job. They began, then cleaned up after themselves.

It was repaired promptly and professionally for a fair price.

They were able to come out the same day I called. They were on time, quick, polite, and efficient.

The guy from St. Boni Appliance did a really good job. He was professional and responsive. He did however have to return after he finished the job to make some adjustments. I would hire him again if needed.

Kevin was quick, neat, friendly and fair. I was very satisfied with his work. He and his partner worked for St. Boni Farm Store before it closed. They bought trucks and tools from the owner and kept the store phone number. Kevin works on Whirlpool, Maytag and Fridgidare brands of washer/dryers. His partner repairs all brands of refrigerators.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF CALLING THEM. SEVERAL OTHER REPAIR SERVICES WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COME OUT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY QUICK TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND PROMPTLY ORDERED THE REPLACEMENT PART. HE THEN RETURNED THE SAME DAY TO INSTALL THE PART. THE REFRIGERATOR WAS WORKING AGAIN THE SAME AFTERNOON. EXTREMELY FAIR PRICE.
