Brian Roerick is the owner he has a great deal of integrity. I have taken my car in when I thought I need something more major done. He told me that it did not need to be done. He has saved me thousands of dollars. He will not do anything on my car unless absolutely necessary. He goes above the call of duty. Another time I had left my lights on, I called Onstar, and they said they would be out in like an hour and I called Brian and he came out right away and jumpstarted my car and he refused to take any money for that. I have referred so many people to him and when they meet him, they feel the same way about him. He is a down to earth guy who loves mechanics. He loves what he does. He wants to show people that not all mechanics are crooks. I will continue to use him.

I have a fleet of vehicles for my company. I take them all her for service. I use them every month. They have fantastic skills and are very quick. They will stay late and come in early to get the job done for me. He charges great prices also. he is a good guy. He always does a good job.

Brian is very knowledgeable. You have to leave your car there because it is a mechanic shop and not a quick oil change facility, which isn't the most convenient, but I trust him so much and like to support local businesses that I will continue to give him my business. He is so good and offers pretty phenomenal service.

He is extremely honest and his prices are amazingly low. He is a guy that is just a good, honest, and loyal man of integrity. He is doing what he loves, fixing cars, and he is happy about it. We have been using him for a year and a half. My battery was dying and I live about 5 minutes from his shop. I called roadside assistance but they said it could take an hour and I was late for an appointment so I called Brian and explained the situation. He said he’d be right over to give me a jump but he pulled in just as the roadside assistance was pulling in so he didn’t end up doing anything. I offered to pay him anyway but he refused to take the money. In another situation, my husband wanted a specific brand of battery so I called Brian to see if he carried it. He said he did not because he felt like the brand was not as good as others but he could order it for me if I wanted. He didn’t try to push me, he was just sharing information with me. He was getting ready to place the order and I asked more detailed questions. I ended up using the battery that he suggested. Another time, we took our car to him and asked for new shocks, springs, the window fixed, and the seat heater fixed. He called and told us that fixing the seat heater would be very labor intensive and it would cost a lot. In past experiences I’ve had with car repair places, they would have just done it because it was an opportunity to earn money. Brian took money out of his pocket by making us aware of the cost. He is very humble and down-to-earth so you feel comfortable with him right away. By the end of the first conversation you know that he is not going to rip you off. You can take your car there without being nervous about being taken advantage of. Brian takes the time to investigate the problem and he only fixes what needs to be fixed.
