Carver Construction did a wonderful job, we have really enjoyed the new screens. They worked efficiently and neatly. In addition to the screens, they rerouted my sump pump outlet which was a huge improvement.  When the sump pump project was first completed, it wasn't draining properly so I called Tim and he came to check it at 10pm.  He also checked back in the following morning and made sure that it was working properly.  I will use them again in the future without hesitation.

Very thorough and explained in detail what they were going to do. Showed up on time, got the work done, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

We are very happy with the work he did.

Tim spent some time to go through our house and discuss with us what work needed to be done. He prepared detailed estimates for us with break-downs. After we signed-off, work began on time. Tim helped us find good quality cheaper alternatives to some of the material used in the bathroom. The whole crew were very professional and their work was very clean. The work was completed on time and very much to our satisfaction.  I have had many complements for the basement bathroom. I would definately recommend Tim Carver to others needing similar work.

Tim is extremely professional as are his tile person, electrician and plumber. I met all of the craftsmen Tim uses prior to starting the project. They called me promptly, upon being contacted by Tim, and arranged to meet with me to discuss what I wanted and how it could be accomplished. Tim had wonderful and creative ideas and works well with the client. He contacted my family members and me to let us know when he and/or his crew would be arriving and what the project was for that day. He is very considerate of the client's time and schedule. 
I will most certainly use Tim's services again in the future. He comes highly recommend.

Overall, it went well. 

Work began on time.  All discussed strategies were implemented.  Tim Carver kept us informed during the project and was careful to assure all concerns we had were met in a timely fashion.  Without reservation I would recommend Carver Construction.

The work that they did was excellent. They were very professional. They return phone calls on time and within good time frame. When they had appointments, they kept them. They just guided me through the whole process. I felt comfortable leaving them in my house without being there. I had the other estimates and they were best priced. I had 2 estimate and they were better among the two.
