Description of Work: We had damage from our front loading washer.(never have one again!) |It flooded our laundry room and adjacent bathroom. We have maple hard wood floors and the flooding went down into the basement too. |Tim is wonderful to work with!

+ 0 moreCarver Construction did a wonderful job, we have really enjoyed the new screens. They worked efficiently and neatly. In addition to the screens, they rerouted my sump pump outlet which was a huge improvement. When the sump pump project was first completed, it wasn't draining properly so I called Tim and he came to check it at 10pm. He also checked back in the following morning and made sure that it was working properly. I will use them again in the future without hesitation.
Description of Work: Rescreened porch and rerouted sump pump.

+ 1 moreWe are very happy with the work he did. Tim spent some time to go through our house and discuss with us what work needed to be done. He prepared detailed estimates for us with break-downs. After we signed-off, work began on time. Tim helped us find good quality cheaper alternatives to some of the material used in the bathroom. The whole crew were very professional and their work was very clean. The work was completed on time and very much to our satisfaction. I have had many complements for the basement bathroom. I would definately recommend Tim Carver to others needing similar work.

+ -1 moreTim is extremely professional as are his tile person, electrician and plumber. I met all of the craftsmen Tim uses prior to starting the project. They called me promptly, upon being contacted by Tim, and arranged to meet with me to discuss what I wanted and how it could be accomplished. Tim had wonderful and creative ideas and works well with the client. He contacted my family members and me to let us know when he and/or his crew would be arriving and what the project was for that day. He is very considerate of the client's time and schedule. I will most certainly use Tim's services again in the future. He comes highly recommend.
Description of Work: Tim and his team replaced our existing master bath shower. We had moisture issues due to the shower not being installed correctly by the builder of our home of seven years. Tim demolished the existing shower taking it down to the studs to check for moisture damage to the studs. All was well and the shower was reconstructed correctly. Beautiful new tile was installed along with a build-in shampoo shelf. We are waiting on the custom glass to be installed. We noted Tim removed an expensive mirror and pictures from our powder room walls, which shares the same wall with the shower, so the mirror and pictures would not be damaged during the demolition. Great care was taken to protect the wooden floors and carpeting as well as they did a wonderful job of clean up upon completion. We also had new fans plus timers installed in all bathrooms and will be doing a few more small projects in the upcoming weeks. * Custom glass around shower has been installed and we couldn't be happier with our new shower and the other services Tim and his crew provided. He is the BEST!

Description of Work: Tim Carver of Carver Construction 9586 Gander Lane Minnetrista, MN removed the existing deck and built a new deck for us. Tim created a plan based on his and our input. He was available for meetings until decisions about materials and plan could be determined. Tim's knowledge of his trade and skills were beneficial in making decisions. He is personable and patient with the customer. Tim kept us informed about what would be done and when. He was on the job every day, not just his men. He and his team did quality work with no corner cutting.

+ -1 moreWork began on time. All discussed strategies were implemented. Tim Carver kept us informed during the project and was careful to assure all concerns we had were met in a timely fashion. Without reservation I would recommend Carver Construction.
Description of Work: Tim Carver built a deck following extensive support system scaffolding by another company. Tim was present during the construction with a crew that was efficient and able. Deck was well designed and thoughtful suggestions by Tim helped us select materials that were both sturdy and attractive. Tim Carver responded immediately during and after the project was completed.

+ -1 moreThe work that they did was excellent. They were very professional. They return phone calls on time and within good time frame. When they had appointments, they kept them. They just guided me through the whole process. I felt comfortable leaving them in my house without being there. I had the other estimates and they were best priced. I had 2 estimate and they were better among the two.
