I am very pleased with the service from the start. Logan was excellent to talk to and explained everything perfectly from the beginning. When Adam S and Dusten came to do the work, they were very polite and communicated what they were going to do very well. Even though they ran into an unexpected discovery, they informed me of the possible outcomes and ultimately were able to easily resolve the issue to move forward. Once they got to the go ahead to move forward, they completed the job very quickly. I am very pleased with all of the work done!

I had my basement waterproofed with Innovative Basement Authority. Bryce J. was my inspector and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me some great advice about my home. Adam S. and Josh W. completed the project and did a phenomenal job. They were courteous, professional, highly skilled, and did a great clean up as well. I was so impressed with the results, I would definitely recommend their services.

Very pleased with my experience with this company. Logan spent much time with me as he explained the situation with my property and the different avenues I could go down to address the problem with my sinking garage floor. I didn't feel as though he was just trying to make the most money out of me, as he gave me both less expensive and more expensive options. The work was performed on the promised date, and all went well.

This whole project could not have gone smoother for us. From Adam L. helping us understand the process and getting us scheduled to Isaiah S. and Matt N. doing the work on site, we couldn't have been more pleased. All three gentlemen were friendly, professional and answered all of my (many) questions. I highly recommend Innovative Basement Authority...I wish I could give 6 stars.

I've had water coming in my basement every Spring Thaw for the last 8 years! Got sick of it this year. I contacted Innovative Basement Authority and they sent out a certified foundation inspector who explained what the issue was. I decided to move forward with them. Yesterday a team came out to fix my ongoing issue. Isaiah S, Ian S, and Austin F arrived on time, explained exactly what they were going to do. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very nice! Asking if I had any questions throughout the process. They came in and a few hours later they had completed the task and left the area looking better than when they arrived. I'm so thankful to the install team, they were great to work with! I highly recommend anyone that has a wet basement issue, give Innovative a call and let them diagnose your issues. Patrick surveyed our property and gave us options and good counsel on choosing how to address the problem areas. Shane and Dom performed the work. They communicated well, we’re on time, and did excellent work. Pricing was reasonable, and all work was completed on time and on budget. I would hire IBA again in a minute. I can confidently recommend them.

Workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Job done quickly. Remote temperature sensors I placed under the home show today a temp of 59 with the outide temp in the low 30's. It will be interesting to see what the temps are when the outside temps go to zero and lower. There was no hard sell for the service as I had from a local provider.

On July 1st (2021), Mel and Stephan from Innovative Basement Authority dug a 30'x18" trench by hand to bury our sump pump discharge pipe. They installed a freeze valve, 30' of 5" PVC, and a discharge grate, exactly where we asked to place it. They had to dig right next to the garage foundation, so this was no easy feat. They also made short work of removing a 4'x4' concrete pad for us. The guys were very courteous, punctual, and seriously hard-working. They did an exceptional job, and in just half a day, I was able to check 1 more item off my honey-do list! We are hoping to hire Innovative Basement Authority for some garage floor concrete work in the near future. Thanks IBA! Brian & Terri MacDonald

Apron and parts of sidewalk had suddenly lowered 4-5 inches. They were brought up to grade. Some areas proved difficult with high points, the techs were able to raise other parts on the sections which lowered the high points. Techs were obviously experienced and knowledgeable. I'm very satisficed with the finished product.
