The installers Mitch and Rob were awesome and very professional and detailed in their work to make the new fence look great. So, I didn't end up doing work with Top Rail Fence St Paul, BUT I would have. I have a small job, and given their demand, it didn't work out. I have no issues with how they have to prioritize their job orders. JOEL in their intake office - the one who listens to your need and discusses the project and can help work the calendar - is EXCEPTIONAL. Very clear. Promised to call me back (AND DID) when he was researching options for me. He sits the standard for customer service. Nice work. Worthy of 5 stars.

Top Rail St. Paul installed our black chain link fence. The process was great and detail to plan the layout appropriately was exactly what we were looking for. We got a few quotes and Top Rail wasn’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive either. We chose them because their warranty was better than the competition and Howard’s explanation of how they operate and install gave us confidence in the installation. The fence was finished on a Saturday because of weather but there was a large gap on one part due to our grade that our dog could fit under. Howard came out the next day (Sunday) to do a final review and fixed the gap so the fence would work as intended. Definitely recommend working with Top Rail St. Paul.

Top Rail built an awesome fence for my dog. It is a black chain link fence and has given Ellie a lot f space to run. She has been running fast and enjoys it. The crew that built the fence were professional and made sure everything was done well! Thank you so much for thinking s beautiful fence!❤️❤️

I will not hire them. They marked the fence line and changed without informing me. Take complete printed copy of the fence line before you sign any contract with them

The people were nice. The fence is sturdy. It was built upside down and inside out-- they put the attractive face side toward the garage and the rough backside where is is visible. Go figure. They put the top rail rough side up. If you work with them, make sure you discuss this! They got the job done, sooner than expected. I think the price is kind of high for a pine board fence.

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional!!!! I will recommend Top Rail to everyone looking for a fencing company!! Charles was awesome & amazing!!!! He checked in with me on a regular basis to let me know how things were progressing to start the job, while the job was being done & even followed up after the job was completed!!!! We are very pleased with the results of the new fence! It adds so much to the look of our backyard. Brandon did an excellent job (some of the old posts were a bear to remove!) And Charles connected with us many times to check the progress of the project to ensure it was going well. Both are very personable and were a pleasure to work with. Will definitely contact them again if we have another project.
