TERRIBLE! Cheap (you get what you pay for, and in this case, LESS!). When it comes to lawn maintenance, they don’t care if they mow when it’s wet and the tires on their equipment spin and tear up the lawn. I understand that it happens, but for crying out loud, correct your mistakes & make it right! As far as snow plowing, LAZY just doesn’t cover it. During the last snow, there was a car at the bottom of the street (couldn’t make it up, fresh tracks in the snow). Ryan and crew just drove by and kept driving! When called and asked about why they didn’t plow, his response was, “I don’t have time to make a cell phone call to have you come out and move your car!” (rudely). Nor does he have time to walk to the door and ring the doorbell! Also, his crews dropped their blade and pushed the snow into the yard ... right over a sprinkler head breaking it off!). Crew of 2, one guy shovels, the other drives. They can’t seem to shovel the walk wider than 1 shovel width, nor can they seem to shovel even a little bit against the garage door or any other ‘obstruction’ (I guess they don’t have time for that either). Lazy, rude, shoddy work. Go elsewhere, pay a few more $, but it’ll be worth it! Follow up: when called to express my displeasure to Ryan, his direct response was, “Cool, go find someone else!” I did and hope you do too!
