They were extremely prompt. They actually did the work in the facility so that I was able to pick them up the same day. It's an extremely professional place. They show you all the equipment and walk you through the process of what they're going to do. Best dentist I've ever gone to!

From the greeting from the receptionist, the dental assistant, the dentist, the accountant and any other person you happen to meet in this office,. you receive nothing but friendly greetings and smiles. They are all so patient. I have been coming for years and I have never been hurt. The novocaine is barely bothersome. Dr. Hunt is a perfectionist, kindly and a prolific, artistic, photographer. The walls are filled with art.  his staff is knowledgeable and proud of their beautiful office.  My last visit, I listened to music through headphones, (I chose oldies.), received a hot, lemony, towel to wipe my face and a tube of lip balm to sooth my chapped lips.  Hmmmmmmmmm. These folks are wonderful.

Great experience,  the hygienist and the dentist were very professional and competent.  No unnecessary procedures were suggested.

It's good. They were really good. They're better. The dentist is very friendly. She's open to answering questions. For a large practice, they're friendly.

Everything was very simple from the booking of appointment (which you can do online), to finding the office, to the actual cleaning. Even when the receptionist called me to confirm the appointment and ask for dental records, she was very friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and you can tell they invest in the latest equipment and training. Both the dentist and dental hygienist were friendly, professional and thorough. I felt like they sincerely cared about my experience and I never once felt rushed. I made an appointment for my husband as well and he had the same excellent service. As a new client, I even received a goody bag with a new toothbrush, a mug, a hand-written thank you card and pad! I would definitely recommend this office!

I was able to get in very quickly and was scheduled for the replacement of the veneer on my front tooth.  once the mold was made they sent me to the lab to meet with the person who would make the replacement.  He sat with me and looked at the tooth colors and was very thorough.  I had a temporary crown put on, but because my tooth underneath was so small, the temporary came off.

they met with me on the weekend because I was travelling during the week, and re-glued the temporary.  I didn't have any problem with it after that.  they were very accommodating considering my travel schedule.

When I came to get the replacement crown, it looked really good.  I could tell there was just a very, very slight difference in color from my other teeth.  I was willing to accept it the way it was, but the doctor said it wasn't good enough.  So he sent me back over to the lab and they redid the tooth.  the final result was beautiful.  it is a perfect match.

I didn't feel like I was in a dentist office but rather coming to visit with some friends.  Everyone was very friendly and helpful.  I felt like they did everything they could to make me comfortable and give me their full attention.

I've been back for cleanings and other work and it is always the same.  Definitely recommend them.

The staff and dentists are friendly and professional. The newly renovated space is very nice, spacious, and decorated with beautiful nature photographs taken by the head dentist. Billing is quick and responsive to questions or issues. The dental care provided is excellent in my experience, high quality and tailored to you as a patient.

My biggest concern was with my son.  He had unpleasant experiences with dentists in the past.  Personal Care Dentistry really made a point of keeping him at ease.  Overall, it was a great experience.

The name of the dentist is Dr. Walter Hunt of Roseville and the name of the practice is Personal Care Dentistry. Overall it was very good. They are just very clean, very thorough, very professional and finally they are able to offer an EDP plan so you pay a yearly fee and you get all your dental services included. He is very good. He has evening appointment which is very rare. He just remodeled his office, it is nice. He even has free coffee, water and snacks in the lobby. They are not healthy snacks, it is not like sugary snacks, fruit and granola bars and healthy. I was in there like an hour but he is always on time.

Our entire family had appointments scheduled the same week. All of our kids - ages 6, 13, and 14 - felt comfortable and at ease. The members of the staff were very friendly, and Dr. Teo was very thorough. She was quite clear in explaining her recommended treatments, and the office was up front with the estimated costs. We will definitely be going back.

Dr. Hunt does my complete teeth check up. This is a wonderful office to visit.

I switched dentists because I needed an in network provider, so I went to Angie's List, and they are very close. My mother uses the same dentist. I don't have any problems getting scheduled. They recently remodeled the whole facility. The office is very good. If you come in, they have bottled water in the refrigerator, and they have a coffee maker, so if you want to have coffee and water while waiting you can. They also have a little place for kids where they can draw with crayons. I thought Dr. Teo was very professional. I was there a few days before with my mother getting a cavity done, and I liked her attention to detail, and concern. She was making sure that the medication took effect. I thought she was a very caring professional. The office environment is excellent. We were early, and she found a way to work my mother into schedule, so we didn't have to come back. I didn't feel any side effects after I got home after the two fillings. Sometimes you feel the mouth is still numb, but I just felt like everything was smooth, and there were no problems.

They were great. Took the time to answer any and all of my questions. 

Great staff and service!  This might be the best dental office I have ever been to!

They are a fantastic group. When you make an appointment, they work to consistently set you up with the same cleaner and "nurse" every time (I use nurse because I am not sure what the folks are called who do everything but make the final decision on what is or is not a cavity or some other issue). They recently updated their office, and it is awesome. The owner is a photographer, so all of the pictures throughout the waiting room and stations are his - they are really nice, and they, along with the staff, lighting, and general hum of the business, sets a calming stage for patients.
They are quick to respond to phone call requests for copies of bills or other information, and they never try to speed you along. I have no intention of changing dentists from PCD!

The entire staff was fabulous. I am a nervous patient but they put me at ease for my emergency extraction. Could not have asked for a better experience given the circumstances.

My husband thought he was very nice and personable.  The office staff has been great at setting up our appointments.  They have a really nice outdoorsy feel.  My husband loves that.  He did have to wait a little bit though.

I would estimate I have been visiting the office of Dr. Hunt since 2010.  I have visited at least 2 or 3 times a year for general cleaning, X-Rays and special dental services, such as Crowns.  My dental hygienist is Missy, and I recommend her as much as I do Dr. Hunt.  Both providers are kind, listen to my needs and are professionals in their field.  I have had 2 crowns performed at this location, the most recent one with Dr. Hunt in 2013.  The facility is in an older office building in Roseville, but recently underwent a complete renovation making the office waiting area even nicer and more spacious.  Prior to the renovation, most of the exam rooms already had window views.  As noted, my grade for billing is not an 'A'.  If there is one area for improvement, it would be to this area.  I feel the financial department is too pushy in recommending services covered by your insurance plan.  I feel the best recommendation should come from the doctor, with appropriate follow-up from office staff (not the financial person).  In both cases, the cost 'estimates' for special services was confusing, and I feel I ended up paying more than 'expected'.  Even with this issue, I would still recommend Dr. Hunt and his assistant Missy - without hesitation!

They did a really good job. We really liked them a lot. We're really impressed with the doctor. It's easy to get in to.
