sewing machine repair
 + -1 moreAfter a few weeks I received a call the machine was back and could not be fixed. I told them that that was unacceptable and as their shop was responsible for the machine not working it was up to them to fix it. I received another call the machine had been fixed by Carlos. When I picked it up I expressed extreme dissatisfaction toon in this whole process, especially that they had disregarded my instructions not to use Carlos when they assured me the owner's husband would be doing the repair. I am very worried about the continuing smooth operation of my once dependable machine
Description of Work: Took my sewing machine in for a tune up. The stitches were skipping. All my stretch sitches were working fine when I brought the machine in. When I picked it up NONE of the stitches worked properly. Spoke to several people and they said to bring it back and they would have the owner's husband look at it. I told them I did not want Carlos to work on it as he was the one who did the work originally and blamed the stitches not working to the fact that the machine was old and the springs were bad. They were willing to give me a loner loner. Took the machine back in
