Real Estate Service
This was not a pleasant or successful experience. We terminated the agreement before the listing ran out. Tom and Andrea (independent agents working through Dave Ross Realty) were unable to provide adequate counsel in setting the sale price, had no marketing skill other than placing our listing on the MLS web page, and running ads in the paper. Ultimately they provided no benefit for the commission they were charging; and we wasted months of prime selling season while they represented us.
