Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The person who showed up to do the job was not he one who quoted it. He mentioned he had just returned from Florida, where few people were not wearing masks, and was not wearing one himself. I showed him where to place the roof vents and where the flashing was needed and stayed away. The flashing can only be described as ugly, raw aluminum and black roofing cement over a white facia. I hope it doesn't leak but have little faith.

"We apologize about the mask, but work was completed outside and over 6 feet away. As for the work completed, the customer had no complaints on the day of work and has not reached out to us with any issues. Note: we used what sealant we could use, due to the temp at the time. We encourage our customers to contact us directly if they have any questions or concerns. We are dedicated to making sure our customers are happy with our work."

This company is very customer focused and easy to work with. They provided proof of license and insurance promptly. There quote was fair and focused only on what needed to be repaired. They did not push to replace the roof and have me file an insurance claim like many other roofing companies did. The repair was done within 2 weeks! They provided me pictures of the end result as well. I would highly recommend using this company.

I had a difficult problem with a leak. Tim found the defect plus another one that would have turned into a problem and fixed both. He also cleaned out the accumulated leaves and twigs on the roof. I highly recommend him.
