It is great!  Bobby met with me and explained the system and options, he looked at the things that I wanted to store and did a computerized layout of my garage so I could see the space it would take. We moved things around and modified the design a few times before it was just right and I agreed to have it done.  On installation day we tweaked the layout a little more and I love it!
Bobby did not try to sell me more than I needed, he understood my space needs and he was very receptive to my questions and ideas.  He worked fast and was such a nice guy to work with, I will recommend him to my friends plus call Monkey Bars with any further needs.

They were very much in touch during the planning and I had an urgent tough window of time to get the work done.

I saw an advertisement in airline magazine for Monkey Bar Storage.  I found the website and was referred to their local dealer, Mike & Bob Rustad.  I established initial contact through e-mail, then spoke with Bob by phone.  He provided more details and we arranged an appointment.  He came to my home and presented the Monkey Bar Storage system, including samples of attachment to wall, brochure with different hook & shelf configurations, and provided a quote.  After reviewing and looking more at configuration options, I spoke with Bob again and we convered through e-mail.  We set up a time for installation (over two evenings).  First evening, he started installing some of the more obvious solutions needed for my garage.  After seeing the result, adjustments were made for the 2nd evening installation.  Job was completed on 2nd visit.
I am very pleased with the result.  The Monkey Bar Storage system is high quality, sturdy, built to last.  It allows for shelf sotrage and tiered storage to ensure one can access more frequently accessed items.  Still getting used to it and a few more things to put away, but looks great and it is extremely versatile!  Configuration is changed easily!
