I feel very blessed to have had Chad to help me through the transition to this new home.  The house I purchased was a foreclosure that had sat empty for about 18 months.  There were a number of things that needed attention in order to make it liveable.   Chad was able to come to my inspection and saw first hand all of the issues that this house had.  Together we talked through the  list of repairs that needed to be completed and Chad helped me prioritize what was critical and what could be put off.  Then, he went to work.  One of the things I appreciate about Chad is that he knows his limitations and has developed business relationships with professional plumbers and electricians.  There were things that Chad didn't do personally, but he had the ablility to coordinate the work with other professionals and everything was done very well.  I received one bill for all the work and it was an extremely fair bill.  I still have a long list of work that needs to be done and when I am ready, Chad will be the first person I will call!!
