Tom Ferris, Media Design Proprietor, was fantastic to work with. He was quick, responsive, and very generous with helping me understand how my system works. I sleep so much better knowing my house is actively armed with direct access to my local police and fire departments. When I come home, I also know that no one is in my house. There are so many different options available, too, and he was able to customize what I needed and is able to change it down the road, too. His price is very reasonable, too. I'm a very happy customer.
