JOHNSON'S STEAMAGIC CARPET CLEANING

I was totally pleased with the job they did. I had used a Groupon the year prior (2017) and wasn't pleased. Dave got the carpet cleaned along the edges by the baseboards and the steps looked fantastic. The steps really needed a good cleaning and that's what they got. I plan to hire Dave and Lorette the next time I need any carpets cleaned!!!

I have used and recommended this company for 20 years and have alway been very pleased. The last time he cleaned my carpets he raised the rates by a large percentage without informing me of the change until the job was done. The quality of the cleaning was very poor as I have had to go back over spots that were not cleaned/removed. He also did not clean a room that I had asked him to clean. When I questioned the job he did he was confrontational and rude. I even had to ask him to leave my house. When I pay $250 an hour I expect a professional job done correctly. I will never hire or recommend the company again!

He is really good at his work. He is pleasant, nice and dependable, and I don?t think he is expensive. He always comes within a few days and is always here when he says he is going to be here. He moves out the furniture, if necessary, and if there are any spots, he seems to get everything out, quite incredibly.

They were very prompt and on time. They are very straight forward with the prices they are going to charge us. They also use the latest steam vacuum system and it works great. Our carpets looked wonderful when they were finished. They also charge only for the square footage that they clean, so if they don't move a bed and just clean around it, they only charge for what they cleaned.

DAVE WAS ON TIME FOR THE JOB AND QUICK TO SET UP. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HE WAS DONE AND THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT. I WILL DEFINITELY USE JOHNSON'S AGAIN.
