We use premium hot rubber material as our crack fillers, preventing water penetration that can cause heaving and shifting to the driveway. "We have no record of you as our customer. On May 23, one of our estimators was out to speak with you on a driveway and sidewalk replacement. We have no signed proposal or invoice generated for work completed."
Making an appointment was simple as expected. Two kids showed up around the time that was expected. The job that was done was terrible. There wasn't a consistent application of the sealant. Some cracks weren't even filled/treated. Worst was the splatter left on the garage doors and siding. The crew left without any notice after they were done -- most likely because of the job they did and the mess they left.
When you call, you will rarely (if at all) reach someone. If someone does answer, it's just apparently an answering service as they can't answer any questions other than take appointments and messages.
After a couple weeks or so of leaving messages, I actually made contact with the answering service person. I was told the owner is aware of the issue and that he personally would be out within a few days to try and fix the mess and missed work. After a series of calls back to them, no one ever returned the calls and no one came out to the house.
"Elite Seal Came out to follow up on the complaint of sealer on the garage doors within a few days. When there we noticed that the customer has leaky gutters and cannot be responsible for water dripping on the driveway causing the sealer to splatter on the siding and door. There had been no rain for at least 4 days after we serviced the driveway, but in the mornings the dew off the roof caused enough water to leak out of his leaky gutters. This would be an issue the customer needs to follow up on with his gutter company. Elite Seal cannot be responsible for things they are not in control of."
Quality of work was great and products were better than we expected for the price.
It would have cost us the same or more to do it ourselves with lesser quality materials.
Very good job of cleaning before and after, and edges were straight and neat.
We have recommended them to our neighbors and about 15 are scheduled already.
I just read my review and it sound like I'm related, but I never met these guys before.
