How did it go? FANTASTIC! Needed to replace a gas valve on a Rheem water heater under warranty. I called D&V Commercial Repair about 10:00 am and they gave me a window between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. The technician arrived on time and replaced the valve, checked the gas pressure and the exhaust on the power vent. He was very thorough, neat, very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend D&V Commercial Repair and if necessary use them again in the future.

Called back promptly. Same day service. Explained what was covered by warranty. Clearly explained problem. Showed evidence of problem. Provided education to prevent future problems. Cleaned up site nicely. I was a little shocked by the price for two hours labor, but I'm probably being unrealistic in that regard. I'm just happy the problem was resolved in a timely manner.

The water heater by Rheems was installed at 2 pm on Thursday by my plumbing contractor and the burner failed to ignite. A call to Rheems tech service quickly diagnosed the problem and they agreed to send out a replacement for the faulty controller by overnight fedex. The Rheems service contractor was to call us within one business day after the part was received. Oh sure! I thought. We probably wouldn't have hot water till Monday. But was I wrong! The part arrived by 8:30am on Friday and D&V called us by 10am. They arrived before 1pm and not only installed the replacement part but conducted a thorough systems check of our fairly sophisticated power vented water heater. The two service technicians were the most professional and courteous techs I've ever encountered, the even wore company uniforms with ID badges. They turned what could have been a disastrous 4 days into a welcomed solution. Even our remodeling crew was impressed with them.

They were prompt and seem to do a good job. They have a lot of experience.

I called to d and v commercial listed customer number. They are AOSmith make heater genuine service provider. My water heater was beak down in early morning and I realized while getting shower the heated water was almost minimum. Dave was assigned between 12 to 3 pm slot but he he came at 1 pm. He took through investigation and repaired broken flame sensor . All went well. I would recommend d and v commercial. They are professional and prompt .

Another plumbing service just came and jiggled wires until the faulty water heater seemed to be working. The Dand V technician came quickly and solved the root problem long term at a reasonable price. One observation I made is that the technician received several calls during the service which made it clear that he was his own customer service and dispatcher. This is understandable for a small operation, but this extended the service time some. Otherwise, the service was high quality and professional. I would recommend Dand V for all water heater problems. It also helps that they are the authorized Rheem / Richmond repair company and the warranty was no issue.
