About us

The construction industry was rough, ready, and wide open when Veit was founded in 1928. Land was plentiful, labor cheap, and safety and environmental regulations were non-existent. All it took to succeed was ambition and a shovel. Veit upped the ante from the first time we broke ground. We brought innovation to the landscape, finding smart new ways to solve age-old construction site problems. Today’s projects are infinitely more complex. We've used Veit several times now during our do-it-yourself remodel. When you factor in size of container and other factors (such as this one having a swing out door so you don't have to lift the debri over the edge) Veit was a better choice for us, and they have always been very professional (person on the phone and the driver).

I arranged to have a dumpster delivered to my parent's farm to dispose of accumulated junk being stored in an old shed. Once emptied, we tore down the shed and added that to the dumpster. I can't say enough about the courteous and helpful folks at Veit. This includes the ladies I spoke with on the phone and the young man who dropped off the dumpster. Veit was very accomodating and allowed us to have the dumpster for 10 days. They even called on the day it was scheduled to be picked up to make sure we were finished. I won't hesitate to call them for the next clean-up project.

I shopped by calling a few companies, and this was least expensive for the heavy weight (10K lbs) I needed to get rid of. They were very courteous and helpful on the phone, I ordered the service, they dropped off the dumpster on time, put down planks to protect the driveway, and picked it up when I called them. No problems and a good price.

It was perfect. The dumpster came when scheduled and also was picked up when scheduled. The person on the phone was very helpful and down to business. She didn't waste a lot of my time questioning me and trying to get me to order something bigger than I needed like other companies. I was extremely pleased with this company.

I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES AND VEIT WAS THE ONLY ONE I FOUND WITH A SIZE ROLL-OFF (10LX8WX4H) THAT WOULD FIT INTO THE SMALL AREA WE NEEDED IT IN. THE OTHERS WERE LONGER AND NEEDED 50 - 60 FT. CLEARANCE TO GET THEIR ROLL-OFFS IN. ONE WILL WANT TO ASK HOW FULL THE TUB CAN BE FILLED (NOT ALL ALLOW LEVEL FILLS)

THERE WAS A MINOR MIX UP WITH THE INITIAL DELIVERY BUT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE DUMPSTER WAS REMOVED WITHIN HOURS OF MY REQUEST.
