Jon responded right away to my request for a proposal for my ceiling painting project.  He estimated the work, I hired him and he and his crew were out on time and did the work.  They left my house very clean.  Afterwards, there was additional work needed, as the water spots were still visible.  He came out twice right away and completed the work promptly.

Jon the owner told us in our initial meeting that the painting would be done by him and one other guy.  All the painting was done by 3 guys we had not met and not by Jon.  We did not appreciate that he broke his word.

They were absolutely wonderful. They were very courteous and they did an amazing job. They were prompt, professional, and terrific people. They are a really really good company, and I would use them again in a second.

We had some rain days, and they were good about letting me know if they were going to be there. They were very flexible we left out of town and they worked around our schedule. They were ok at cleaning up their mess.

INITIALLY, WE WERE QUITE PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY PERFORMED. HOWEVER, WITHIN 2 YEARS THE PAINT WAS CRACKING AND BUBBLING IN NUMEROUS PLACES ON ALL SIDES OF THE HOUSE. WE CONTACTED THEM IN APRIL AND THEY WERE QUITE RESPONSIVE. THEY CAME TO SEE THE HOUSE AND PROMISED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS PROMPTLY WHEN THE WEATHER COOPERATED. WE HAD TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN IN MAY, JUNE AND TWICE IN JULY BEFORE THEY FINALLY CAME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. DESPITE THE EARLIER PROMISE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS, WE WERE GIVEN EXCUSES AND TOLD THAT THEY WOULD FIX IT ONCE BUT NOT AGAIN AS THEY NOW MAINTAINED THAT IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. HOWEVER, THE PREVIOUS PAINT JOB LASTED SEVEN YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. THE WARRANTY CREW THEY SENT DID A TERRIBLE JOB. THERE ARE STILL BUBBLES, CRACKS AND WHAT LOOKS LIKE ONLY ONE COAT OF PAINT IN SEVERAL SPOTS ON THE HOUSE. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.

WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE ACTUAL PAINTING JOB. HOWEVER, IT WAS NOT EASY GETTING THINGS WRAPPED UP. DURING THE SALES PITCH, PROMISES OF PROMPT COMPLETION (WITHIN 7-10 DAYS) OF THE JOB WERE MADE BUT IT TOOK THEM OVER 7 WEEKS TO COMPLETE EVERYTHING ON OUR HOME. AND IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN LONGER IF I HAD NOT CONSTANTLY CALLED THEM REQUESTING THEM TO COME OUT AND FINISH UP. MANY TIMES I WAS PROMISED THE JOB WOULD BE DONE BY A DATE CERTAIN ONLY TO HAVE NO ONE SHOW UP OR EVEN CALL TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY WEREN'T THERE. IT WAS QUITE FRUSTRATING. THEY TALK A GOOD GAME BUT THE FOLLOW THROUGH IS WEAK. ALSO, THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY ACCEPT MASTER CARD AND VISA BUT BE SURE TO NOTE THE SMALL PRINT INSIDE WHICH SAYS THAT THEY TACK ON AN ADDITIONAL TWO PERCENT
