My home had a noticable roof design flaw that required correction. Both interior and exterior work was required (entire wall was demo'd down to the studs and replaced). I have a stucco exterior and matching the stucco was a big concern (along with quality). The exterior repair also required some preparation and vision to make the repairs look 'natural' and blend with the existing roof line.
I had several bids (+10) for the project metro wide (large and small contractor) and I felt Perzhu was going to provide the best value. I was pleased with my decision. Communication (email / phone / texts) were responded to proptly. They worked long hours when needed and put in the time to make the end product (my fixed house) look professional. I will definitely consider for future work.

Family owned business. Family members perform all functions from tiling, electrical and plumbing. They had a very professional manner. They presented me with a folder of information (including insurance documentation) on our first meeting. Quotation was detailed and easy to understand and follow-up was good. Pricing was very fair based on other estimates I received. I would have used them for the entire project however I had friends help with the remainder of the project.
