They're always extremely friendly and punctual. Paul, the owner, is the one who comes out. He cleans up after himself beautifully, and the price is very fair. I'm really thankful to know this company- they're great!!

Water backed up in on the laundry room floor as it has done in the past - usually as a result of roots from a tree next to the drive way or because a drain line inside the house was clogged with lint or other materials. This happened Friday afternoon as I was leaving. I called asked for Paul to leave a message for the time he could come in the morning on Saturday. He did that while I was gone. The next morning he came and quickly determined that the usual causes were not the problem. There was an accumulation of roots farther down in the line near the street. It took a little longer than usual but he was able to remove several bundles of roots that when piled all together were nearly the size of a basketball.
He has always been responsive and prompt and reasonably priced. He has not usually charged me extra for afterhours time.
One thing that impressed me was that he was able to contact his office to check information about the distances and sizes of pipes at my home based on previous work. I have used him since about 1980 and recommend him to anyone.

Drain Cleaning
Paul snaked out the clog. Lint buildup, even though I use lint traps on washer. This has repeatedly needed to be done every 2-3 years. Paul was here the last time too. I called Friday around noon, and they said they could come out on Saturday in the afternoon at no additional charge. Paul was on time and performed the work very professionally. He cleaned up the area around the floor drain after he was done. I have used this service in the past, and highly recommend them. They are professional, punctual, and resolve the issue quickly. They clean up the area after performing the work. Price is very reasonable to what I have seen for others in this category.
