Woke up to a soggy carpet in the basement. Seems we had a leak behind a wall and could not locate it. 1/3 of the carpet in the basement was saturated and growing. Called Jayco, they did not have time on their calendar for that day for repair but could stop by and take a look. Jayco showed up within the hour of the call. They help me search high and low and after about 30 mins looking we found the issue (humidifier on the furnace was leaking). All I can say if they did not stop by - the damage would be significant more. They where professional, awesome, and on my speed dial for any future remodeling. You cannot go wrong with Jayco (A++ Rating)

great! Jayson responded with hours to the quote request. He has a crew out within 24 hours and was spot on with the estimate provided by a verbal description and a cell phone photo. Crew was very professional, worked quickly and left the site clean.

I was called within minutes of asking for service. Jason visited my home the very same day and provided me with a firm price. We agreed upon next day service. I went from old toilet to new toilet in slightly less than one hour. There was no mess. Everything was left clean and tidy. Jason is a very pleasant yet professional person to work with. He’ll have my future business.

I am very impressed with Jayco. They were very professional and really understood what I needed for the plumbing. They also re-verified everything that I asked after they were done. Jason of Jayco Plumbing did fast and EXCELLENT work. The work was done very neatly with no mess for us to clean once he left. He was easy to talk to and answered our questions completely. Any time I have an issue with plumbing, JAYCO plumbing will be called!!

Jason and his helper showed up on time, gave a detailed explanation of what his proposal was and work to be preformed. Was fast, neat, courteous and reasonably priced. Would use him again as my first choice and recommend him to all my friends!

When I called for a quote, he had me send photos to save us both some time. He was able to draw up the estimate based on the photos, and was able to schedule us within a week (since nothing was an emergency). His first appointment of the day ran long, but he called to let me know he would be later than expected. When they showed up, they were quick and efficient and were able to diagnose the water problem behind the washer. Very professional, friendly, honest, and fair prices. Would definitely hire again!

Our backup sump pump had died, so we decided to replace that pump plus the main sump pump at the same time. Via email, we got 3 quotes for the work. We did not mention Angie's List in these emails. Jayco email responses to our initial inquiry and our follow-up questions were all very prompt and professional. Their proposed work matched what we ourselves had preferred after doing our own research.
I was very pleased with their work. Jason arrived on time, got the work done promptly, tested the main pump and the backup pump multiple times, and explained it all to me very clearly and patiently. After he left, I went back downstairs again and realized that (other than seeing the new pump) I couldn't even tell that they'd been working there: everything in and around the work area was clean and back in place again.
I will absolutely contact Jayco if I have other plumbing jobs to be done in the future.

Jason removed our old garage disposal after 2weeks and 3 times trying to stop it from leaking I THE PERSON WHO NEW NOTHING ABOUT PLUMBING filled my two sinks with soapy water and ran my dishwasher at the same time. Than let out the soapy water and ltook a picture of the soap bubbling out from the connection between the old pipe and the new pipe. Just a guess but don't you think a plumber should have realized that the old and new connections didn't fit right.
Now the toliets two of the three are crooked about an 1/8 on one and 1/4 on the other. Jason was out and said nothing he can do but shim them I said no. So we have two crooked toilets. But now today 9/27/13 about 6weeks later one of the toilets is leaking at the base. We are totally fed up and will get another plumber out here to look at all the shody work done by Jayco Plumbing.
I ALSO WILL NEVER USE ANGIES LIST AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Immediately upon speaking with Jason, I believe that is his name, I knew that I had somebody that could provide me with the service that everyone should expect when hiring a contractor. Jayco Plumbing arrived as planned and completed the project to perfection and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The staff was extremely knowledgeable which always puts a homeowner at ease, considering any mistake can be costly if found later down the road. I have already recommended Jayco Plumbing to others who live in the Rogers area for service, which is something I refrain from doing unless I'm confident that they can deliver time after time. Overall everything went extremely well and I look forward to having Jayco's staff back soon to complete the final plumbing as my basement is now near completion.
