We have all been in the lawn care industry for over 20 years and are not only the owners, but also the guys that will be out taking care of your lawn. I just hired this company to do my annual lawn fertilization. At this point I can only accurately rate the customer service. I can tell you that telephone response was very prompt and questions were answered willingly, patiently and professionally. The feedback form required a response in the areas of work quality and value, but I cannot truly evaluate those categories since seasonal work in Minnesota has not yet begun. I am choosing to think ahead and positively in those categories also!

They came earlier than scheduled. I wasn't ready so requested that they come back the following week. The were agreeable and came back when scheduled.

They only sprayed front lawn and said they would be back next AM. Not sure if they ever came back to finish.

"Our lawn care specialist went to our customer's door to let him know that he was going to treat his lawn and wanted to know if he had any questions. Nobody came to the door. As the specialist was treating the lawn, he ran out of fertilizer. He thought someone was home so he went to the door again to let the customer know that he was out of fertilizer and would be back the next day to finish the lawn. Once again, nobody came to the door so he left a note saying he would be back the next day to finish part of the back yard that he did not get done. He went back the next day and finished the job like he said he would. Evidently the customer was not sure if he had."

They called back on the following business day, which was Monday. They talked with both myself and my husband to answer both of our questions. They came early the next day and the lawn is looking so much better, the weeds are dying!

Jeff called me immediately and had an estimate. I emailed him the paperwork and was ready to go. I started late in Sprint and the weather was bad so it took awhile to get my first application. My only complaint was that I did not hear back after submitting my agreement on ETA.
