I was overcharged for just clicking the button to start the flame. No problem with the pilot. He did clean the fireplace good. All for $99.

"I apologize for the misunderstanding, we have a service call fee of 99.00 to travel to your home, diagnose the problem and give a quote to repair, in this case, we had guided the owner on how to operate the unit and disassembled the heater and cleaned it at no additional charge.. we take pride in being one of the best and fairly priced HVAC companies in the twin cities."

Cameron was fantastic! We had a furnace fail at 7am and Cameron called us right away and was there within hours to assist. He gave us a fair assessment, was transparent in the process and fixed our problem without up-selling a million other things. We needed to get an old unit running until we could plan to replace and he did that for us is a very cost-effective manner. We now are ready for a new furnace and AC unit and we have Cameron in line to complete both projects. Would highly recommend!
