This was the Dealer's installer. Since this was the same process as Line-X which seems to be the product with the most satisfied customers, I contacted Arma directly. Learned that Arma and Line-X were once the same company and partners split it and went two different directions - Line-X to focus on pickups and Arma to focus on industrial equipment. I found that by going with them directly on the liner and an Access cover, I saved $150 vs the dealer. Scheduling was flexible and I was in and out the door in probably 90 minutes. I am not especially h****** this liner and have only had it for six weeks, but it appears that it is going to be very durable and the quality of the work looks flawless to my inexperienced eye. Shop was in a multi-tenant warehouse and was pretty simply which just told me they are keeping overhead low - impress you with the product, not the office. I recommend.
