HE GAVE ME AN HOUR WINDOW OF WHEN HE WOULD ARRIVE. HE SHOWED UP A FEW MINUTES EARLY. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HE THREW AN EXTRA CABLE IN FOR FREE.
