The technician, Greg did confirm we needed a furnace replacement. He informed us about the issues with our current system, explained how KK coordinated w/ our insurance company and was the technician for the replacement. Because this was an insurance issue I was in frequent contact w/ the owner of KK (Elden). Both he an Greg were courteous and kept me informed in their communication with the insurance. The furnace took a couple of weeks for replacement not at the fault of KK. They have to rely on the insurance to send a unit and only then can they schedule the new install.
Once the install was scheduled, Greg returned and spent the day installing the new furnace. It took longer than I expected but it works fine.
