Well and Pump Service
NICE ON THE PHONE, PROMPT RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND ON TIME, HOWEVER, THEY LEFT A MESS. I HAD JUST PAINTED THE PUMP ROOM AND THEY SPLATTERED CEMENT ALL OVER THE WALLS. I CLEANED THAT UP. THE GLASS BLOCK THEY BROKE TO GET INTO THE WELL WAS NOT PICKED UP, THEIR ''REPAIR'' JOB TO FILL THE HOLE FROM THE GLASS BLOCK SUNK IN AND CRACKED. WHEN ASKED TO COME OUT AND FIX IT, THEY JUST SLOPPED MORE CEMENT ON TOP. IT'S A ROUGH SURFACE THAT IS NOW A BUMP. I CALLED TWICE MORE TO TELL THEM IT WAS A LOUSY FINISH JOB. BY THE TIME HE GOT BACK TO ME WE HAD DONE THE ''WALK-THRU'' AND THE NEW OWNER SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. I EXPECTED THE STEP TO BE A SMOOTH FINISH AS IT'S WHERE YOU ENTER THE HOUSE. B & D WELL SEALING WASN'T NEAR AS BOTHERED BY SLOPPY WORK AS I WAS!
