Viking Buick and GMC

They are always so professional and friendly. They always offer a vehicle to use when major repairs being done. For an oil change they have a lovely waiting area with coffee, bottled water, and TV to pass the time. They always send an email when it is time to return for next oil change. Great staff!

Viking has been a service provider for me for several years. I've been very happy with their work. I used to go to independent auto repair facilities, but I didn't get the quality of work there I do at Viking. They never try to upsell me on something I don't need. On this last repair it was for a used truck I purchased at another dealership. I took it in for general maintenance. I told them to change the air filter, rotate and balance tires, etc. They told me the tires were rotated but didn't need balancing, so they didn't do it or charge me. They told me the air filter was new and didn't need to be replace. They may have a higher labor rate, but in a long run, I feel like I save money there.
