They were polite and curteous. They even filled out all the tax rebate forms for us for the federal and local energy credits. They did miss hooking up one wire which we realized the next day and they came right out and fixed it. We just tried to use them again on a differently property and they politely told us that they were currently too busy but did recommend a couple of their competitors that they felt did good work. We appreciated the fact that they didn't try to tackle the job when they already had a full schedule (like some places would do). I believe Bill worked on our furnace
