The service was quick, courteous, fast, turned out extremely nice, and very professional. I will recommend them to anyone who wants counter tops.

One of their staff initially came to our home to measure for the counter top and give us an estimate. Before actually ordering the material he came to our home again to use a laser tool for measuring the counter again. Before the counter top was ready for installation, I received a call that a mistake had been made when cutting for the curved edges. They were honest and up front with what happened and reordered more material to correct it. When installing the counter top, the two men had a challenge with installing the curved corner portion but were able to complete the project and it looks great. They cleaned up after finishing the project and left no residual mess. I realized I had an old cutting board that would be a great use for them to use left over material. They didn't have the proper cutting tools for it there but he took it with him and cut a board for me and installed the old cabinet front handle to it. He dropped it off at our home the next day which I thought was above and beyond.

They were very good and the job was excellent. They were professionals and expert in what they do. They are exceptionally trustworthy.

I called this firm because the Corian color that I had my heart set on has been discontinued, but I was able to find out that TopShop had some of this color on hand. I called and they were perfectly happy to do business with me even though I live way out of their normal service area. They sent an estimator to look at my existing counter. The estimator showed up on time, and took plenty of care talking to me about what I wanted and took lots of measurements. He then created a engineering drawing of the countertop and sent it to me for my approval. (Note: There was a $100.00 travel fee for the estimator's trip).
The plan was that we would do the tear-out of the old countertop (to save some money!)
After some rigamarole with my (custom) sink manufacturer about the sink cutout, during which Top Shop was very patient, the top was ready to be installed and a date was set for the install. The two installers (Mike and Ken) showed up on time and came in and took a look at the tear-out of our old countertop and expressed some polite dismay. Apparently the way we did our tear-out was going to cause them some problems. But they quietly put their heads together, came up with a proposed solution and explained it very well to us. They then patiently (!!) explained why the ideas we had for a solution wouldn't work. Finally we agreed for them to go ahead with their solution. All I can say is WOW! You can't tell that we had done the dumb thing they had to work around and the counter looks just fabulous.
I was so impressed with the on-the-fly problem solving skills of these two gentlemen and the way they were low-key and efficient at their work. Oh yes, and they cleaned up after themselves!!

When I ordered the granite on the phone, the woman that I spoke with was very professional; I wasn't really impressed when they brought the granite to our home. It was just a couple of young guys that were installing the counter tops. In fact two of the sections had to be redone. I have to say that they handled the redo very professionally. They had to reorder the granite because the installation was not installed correctly. I would still use them in the future.
