The only thing that I didn’t like about them is that they are no longer in Rochester.  So you have to schedule an appointment when they are in town and they are there only for couple of days a week.  That’s what I don’t like about them.  So I wouldn’t have them again.  The experience with them was good.  I could not schedule when I wanted them to come out and therefore I will not use their services again in the future.

Workers arrived on time; introduction; confirmed estimate; identified stains; set-up; efficiently performed task; removed stains thought to be set; all areas cleaned well; removed equipment; no collateral damage; workers waited for owner to return from task; payment made. Good job. Took carpets an additional 24 hours to completely dry (turned on A/C to expedite removal of carpet moisture).

Carpet is 4-5 years old. One stain did come out, they moved furniture carefully, nothing was broken and no furniture bled. Nice and professional technicians, on time, and left within an hour. Carpet was wet longer than they said it would be, but it dried clean and fresh.
