"Hello. I’m confused by this review as this customer must have had this experience with a different lawn care company. I looked through our records and we did service this property only in 2008. The last lawn application that Spring-Green did on the property was November 14, 2008. I’m not sure how else to respond to the specific claims, but Spring-Green has been serving the Rochester area for over 20 years and we pride ourselves on customer service and the Spring-Green higher standards of quality, service professionalism and value. I’m happy to address any concerns that the member has from when we serviced the lawn in 2008, but I don’t think this review is accurate or fair. Thank you, Ken Brown, Owner, Spring-Green Lawn Care"
