He was very personable!

The work was done some time ago, but done very well with new materials.

They finished 2/3 of the project and then packed up and left. We haven?t heard from them yet.

It took them along time to respond and communicate problems with the project. Very pricey.

They discussed what needed to be done and explained the cause for the deck damage. They arrived as scheduled and made the repairs and left the worksite neat going that extra mile to make sure it was done right.

they did extra things that was not in contract. they listen real good to suggestions.

If you re looking for a professional and communicative service, look no further!! They cared just about the final look as we did!! You won t be disappointed!!

The gentleman that came was friendly and appeared professional, he stated he would email me an estimate and call again. But there was zero follow through, I never heard from him again.

Being new to Rochester and needing a good deck cleaning and staining for our new house, we first hired Seal Maxx (out of reading some random review on line unfortunately). Seal Maxx is terrible and I will not recommend that company to anyone. They were irresponsible, not responsive and worse yet staff in the business office (including their manager) have a really bad attitude. After the first visit (cleaning), they kept postponing the second visit for staining. There was never any communications about any re-scheduling convenience or timeline for completion. They operate under the attitude that they will get to their work whenever they feel like. One time (after the second delay), I called the office to ask about re-scheduling, a lady in the office was extremely rude and was annoyed by the fact that I actually took the time to call them. After more than one month, our deck was still never finished. I believe it is their job to call and re-schedule. I will never go back to Seal Maxx and will not recommend this company to anyone. After such a frustrating experience with Seal Maxx, I used HomeAdvisor and got connected with Seitz Construction. This company totally changed my view and experience about professional services in Rochester. They were polite, puncture and responsive. I explained my unfortunate encounter with Seal Maxx and within a week, they finished my deck. There was a healthy communication every day. Moreover, they even left a brochure and a nice hand written note instructing me how to pick a finishing color for my deck. I was very happy with Seitz and will definitively use this company again.

To date, we have not had snow so the jury is still out on the quality of work! They were very quick to respond. They answered our call, came to our home to give the estimate and finalized everything in less than 24 hours. We hope that their arrival time for snow removal will be as prompt! We look forward to working with this company, it seems very positive!

While waiting for me to pick out a stain color, David let me know it could be a few weeks before his crew could get to my job because they were finishing up others. I was pleasantly surprised to find when I came home Friday of that same week that they started cleaning the deck, and were done by the following Wednesday. They did a great job. I would definitely hire Seitz Construction again.

DId what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. Also completed the work at the estimated price.

So far so good weather is playing havoc with the timing of the whole project, but progress is being made.

Places great emphasis on customer satisfaction. Any issues in the process were minor and corrected as soon as they were identified. The addition is lovely and matches the exterior so well people cannot see it as anything that has not always been here. We are very pleased, even though it took longer than we anticipated(supplier related) it was well worth the wait.

The firm is an all-around general contractor able to coordinate sub-contractors, as well as to execute carpentry and finish details to a "T". Very pleased with my remodeled kitchen (a 10'x11' 1963 stick built) which is now maximized and modern and visually enlarged. Super team with great communication skills that finished job in record time!

Seitz is excellent in the customer service department; the initial visit & discussion convinced us of their work ethic, honesty & desire to do a good job. They listened carefully to our questions/concerns, provided prompt replies to inquiries, gave regular and timely updates on progress, kept the propert/work area clean, were respective of property, landscape & street parking. We are quite satisfied with the result - it looks great & is very solid. We are glad that we upgraded to the chosen materials for both the decking and the railing. Took a bit longer than expected. Seemed a bit pricey, but feel that the upgrade is worth it!

I had a rip in the aluminum siding by my garage entrance. Seitz Construction repaired the siding which looks like new again. The repairs were carried out in a timely manner and surprisingly less expensive than anticipated.

Contact by company and estimate was provided in a timely way. All work was performed on schedule. I asked the company to "mind the hosta plants" in the various gardens and not one plant was distrubed even though work went on all around them. Wood siding that could be reused was preserved for potential future projects. Thanks for a great job.

They two guys that come out did great. The project took longer than they expected but I'm happy they took the time to do it right. It looks great!
