Bicycles
I went in with my bike for a tune-up and general safety check thinking that I would be lucky to get it back in a couple of weeks. They performed the check while I waited. They were very honest about what I actually needed. I thought I needed new tires due to the age of the bike, but they checked and said that they were fine except for the tube in the front tire was flat and needed to be replaced. They did not try to take advantage of my inexperience and overcharge me for work that didn't need to be performed. They were very friendly and courteous and even offered to reprogram my bike "computer" for me at no cost (other than a new battery). Their store is very clean and bright. They have a good selection of bikes and accessories. They are now my bike store of choice. I have rarely received that level of customer service and it was a wonderful experience.
