handyman service, remodeling
 + 0 moreWork incomplete, I will have to sue him for my merchandise back and money owed but can't garnish him because he is on government assistance. He is rude, abnoxious and a fraud.
Description of Work: Mike Wilson, AKA Bill Wilson did not perfor services and demanded cash in advance. Accompanied me to Lowes where I purchases trim he was to install, he kept the trim and all supplies and failed to complete the work. He is frauded social security saying he's disabled while working and scamming people for cash. He only wants cash and is holding 350.0p worth of merchandise until i give him more money. He performed no services and wanted to bill me for time he walked around talking.
