We had three coverings for crank window openers that had cracked over time. When we brought them to Pella, we anticipated having to wait a week or more to order replacement parts and we anticipated a reasonable charge for those parts. The representative at Pella looked up our account and found that the parts were under warranty and then looked at their stockroom and found all three pieces that we needed. Because the parts were under warranty, Pella provided them to us free of charge. We were so impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Pella's follow-up service and highly recommend them.
