The Kennel was ready as usual when we dropped our dog off...I feed her Im's and they have that on hand so we can basically drop her off and pick her up. They asked for both home and cell numbers in case of emergency. Yes, we will use them again.

My small dog was very sick with vomiting and diarrhea. I wasn't happy about having to wait over 3 hours to bring her in after I had her at the emergency vet during the night and they told me to take her in to her usual vet immediately in the morning. She had to stay one day and overnight at Northern Valley. I thought it was very expensive for how long she was there and they charged me extra to keep her overnight after telling me it wouldn't be an additional charge. I've always been happy with the quality of their care but their prices seem high.

I have been a client of Northern Valley Animal Clinic for over 20 years. They provide excellent care to our beloved pets. Every experience has been great. They are very expensive, I would say the highest prices of any other in the Rochester area.

I used them several times. I think they do a fine job in every area, but I also think they are quite expensive. If money were no object, I would probably have continued to take my dogs there, but it is, and so we have moved on to another vet.

They were all very kind and gentle with my very scared cat. They allowed me to be present and holding/petting her through almost the whole exam. I have had her in for other exams and everyone from the receptionist to the vets themselves are always kind, understanding and very patient with my cat.
