Netherton came to the house to bid the projects we would like to have done. The estimate was fair so we decided to have more done then originally planned. They gave us a budget and let us go pick out our items for the bath and flooring. We started the process in the bathroom with us removing our own tiled walls and flooring, then they came in to take out the old tub and vanity. They also started the process of having their contractors join us to install the plumbing, fix the walls, and replace the toilet, shower, and vanity/sink. The plumber did not show on a friday afternoon like we were told so after removing our toilet, we sat with no bathroom for an entire friday and then the whole weekend as well. A major inconvenience with a family of 4 and only one bathroom. Thank God for a great neighbor. When they finished the bathroom, they started to install the laminate flooring in the living room/hallway. The flooring guys did a nice job until the edging was needed. They put in much too large of quarter round and did not match up any cuts. We complained to Netherton that this was not acceptable and immediately they brought an amazing finisher. The edging seams are so close you can hardly see them and he also hid some flaws in our floors that showed. He also did this using much smaller quarter round. They collected the rest of the money after the down payment and that was that. Whenever we had issues with what was going on...they fixed it and continued to communicate well with us.
