The service was generally acceptable, if not exemplary.
However, we have three dogs. We allow the maids to let the dogs outside while they're cleaning. Today, the temperature was -5 degrees. I wrote a note asking that they not let the dogs out too long, given the cold. I came home to find that the dogs had been outside for an HOUR. The oldest dog was shaking so badly his teeth were clattering.
If you don't have pets, they might be an acceptable service. Given my experience, I will not use them again.

They initially scheduled a full house deep clean then scheduled the remaining weeks. They did a nice job on the full house deep clean - but it was quite expensive. I capped it at $300 to keep it from being too much higher! They did a nice job on the weekly cleans - dusted, mopped, vacuumed. They were done within an hour. I think it was still more expensive than what I would prefer, however they did a nice job. They did not always arrive at a consistent time, so it make it difficult for planning the day.

Excellent, overall. Punctual, professional, very thorough, reliable. Only negative is they scrubbed the laminate floor in my kitchen with only hot water. It left a cloudy film, instead of a shine. I called the office and asked them to use ammonia and water, which was better. They were willing to do as I requested. I would definitely tell my friends about Molly Maid in Rochester, MN.
