 + -1 moreBought a new freezer from them about a month ago. Spent just shy of $1000. filled it with a whole beef. Two and a half weeks later the freezer Quit working. I called them. Was put on hold and transferred to two different people. They were rude and not at all helpful. After an hour of being on the phone , I was told their policy was that after 48 hours they have nothing to do with it and to contact the company that manufactured it. So remember if you buy an appliance from them and it quits after 2 days ,they will not stand behind it. They couldn't even give me a number of who to call.

 + -1 moreOur experience at Lowe's was terrific. When purchasing the unit, we received assistance from several associates and each of them was helpful. The installers, Brandon and Shane, were extremely respectful of our new home and did a great job. We were extremely pleased.
Description of Work: We purchased a washer and dryer, along with the necessary accessories. Lowe's also did the installation.

Description of Work: They want all the money up front for the material and the labor. |They started about two weeks late of the agreed starting date. |The installer was always late and had tons if excuses. They started the job in July 2013, and ended in January 2014. They laid wood floor in two rooms. The instoller was not a lowe's employee , but was hired by them to do the job.

Description of Work: I contacted them with a porch design from a licensed architect. I had cleared the design and installation with the county building inspector. Lowes gave me an estimate on materials. It was reasonable. I asked them for a quote for their contractor to do the construction and made an appointment for someone to view the site and provide a quote. When he arrived he refused to quote citing a company policy concerning the site. The porch has since been built with a lot of help from a friend.

 + -1 moreI built a new house in 2011. Other vendors I used were Menards, Kendell O'brien Lumber, Latch Island gutter service, Heinz excavating, Brion plumbing, Sand M custom homes and RP electric. For more information, give me a call during daytime business hours. Five zero seven - eight nine six- three six two zero.
Description of Work: I purchased my kitchen cabinets from Lowe's and had Lowe's install the cabinets. After the purchase, someone from Lowe's called to thank me for my purchase. The cabinets arrived when I was told they would. After the installation was completed, I received another call. Lowe's left a phone message asking if I was satisfied with the installation. I did not immediately return the call. They made a total of three calls before they got hold of me. I was very satisfied with Lowe's from start to finish.

Description of Work: Went to Lowes to get an estimate and design on kitchen remodel. Was planning on spending $35,000.00. Was given some books and set up an appt. for measurements and consultation. The individual never showed up. I called the store and after a long wait was told he had a "family emergency." I was told he would call me back. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided if he called I would reschedule. He never called. I called the store back and asked if someone else would be available. No one ever called back. Not a good track record to invest money into.

 + -1 moreI didn't have any problems with their service. I will use them again in the future. They guy who sold us the countertops was excellent. He explained everything; however, the guys who installed the countertops kept going outside for smoke breaks. The work was okay but I didn't think they were professional.
Description of Work: I bought kitchen countertops at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse. They also arranged for the installation.
