KW Billman did the complete job (roof and siding) in two days in Feb 2017 (2 days of 60 degree weather). The workmanship was top-notch and the cleanup was extraordinary.

Everything was top notch! Tim was professional and helpful and the job was done right and on time.

I called KWBillman on a Tuesday. I was in a
huge hurry to get my project started and finished. I spoke to a lady on the
phone and told her i needed someone out as soon as possible. I did not get off
work until 7pm. She told me it was no problem. She had schedule me for that
night at 8pm. When the sales rep arrived i thought oh boy he is going to be mad
he is working so late, however, he was so pleasant. He took time to go through
everything with me and answered all my questions
and concerns. He was not irritated one bit. Most pleasant experience i have had
in a long time. I told him i had to look over everything and would contact him
back. He was not pushy at all. He left me his cell phone number and told me to
call him when I was ready. I called him back a week later and told him i was
going with KWBillman. He had to come back out so we could sign everything. Once
again he worked with my schedule. The receptionist called me to schedule the
roofing. She was very nice and pleasant to work with. They were able to get me
on the schedule in a very timely manner, as once again i was in a very big rush
to get this done. The roofers arrived on time, did an excellent job, made sure
they picked everything up. They also had helped move some of my big planters
out of the way so they could have access to the roof. I ended up having to have
sheeting replaced. The roofer who was running the crew made sure he called me
to let me know what was going on, and to make sure i knew it was happening. I
was so impressed that they took the time to make sure i was up to date on
everything. They were very professional. I would highly recommend KWBillman to
anyone who asks.

I don’t remember the price for the roofing job. I was very satisfied with them. They did the job in one day and they were out of here. They did a pretty good job. I found a few nails but that’s normal because we have shrubbery around the house. They were very good. Their price was a little above average. Maybe they were a little higher than average, but they were worth the price. We got good quality materials. We had some curling of our shingles that were on the house. They helped us get some warranty coverage from the company that had made the shingles since we had some problems. There was some kind of defect and it’s pretty common here in our town. So, they helped us get some money back. They took a shingle off and sent it to the company. We got a little bit of money back on the warranty. The other thing was that we had a hard time picking the color that we wanted on the shingle. So, they gave us addresses of the jobs they have done with the different colors that we were considering so that we could go and look at those. It’s a little hard to look at the samples. We could drive by and see what it looked like. So, it was very good and overwhelming. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job of cleranup, they cleaned out the gutters inclusing a couple of very plugged downspouts, and they left everything in great shape.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering getting their roof redone.

We had shingles that were under warranty but bad in 2009.  They were not put on by Billmans.  They came out, gave us an estimate and helped us fill out the forms to be a part of the class action lawsuit on the old shingles.  They set a date and time to come out and replace the shingles and arrived on time.  This doesn't happen often anymore.  They gave us a wonderful warranty.   They had probably 10-12 men working on the roof and a supervisor that was on top of everything. 

This July we had apparently some caulking that had dried up around the furnace pipe.  Billmans came out within a couple of hours of the call and found the problem and fixed it. 

We would recommend this company to anyone putting on a new roof.  You can't do any better in the service and price!

They did an excellent work.  Their proposal was excellent.  It was below the insurance price.  The insurance man was surprised that they came in under budget.  They ripped our seals and put on new.  Everything fit perfect and everything was cleaned up when they left.  They did an excellent job.  I would definitely use their service in the future too.
