I don't think that this situation could have went any better. He was able to fit us in right away. He Diagnosed the issue and promptly applied his expertise to the clog. Was very cordial, helpful and even gave some great advice on how to keep thing like this from happening. He even backs his work with a 30 day guarantee. If you have any issues similar to this I would not even hesitate to give them a call.

He came within 15 minutes of my call and did the service for free because it was easy and he was in the area. He got it cleaned out without using any tools. He said that it was an easy fix and he made me promise to get a hair catcher and said to call him the next time I had a problem. The quality was great. He was very quick.
