GREENWOOD PLANTS

The original design process took 3 months, much longer than I estimated. The plan included 12 Ivory Halo Dogwood shrubs. I indicated to the designer that we had 2 of these already, and I did not like them, and to please choose a different shrub. The day of planting finally arrived in October, and I was surprised when I came home to find that the request for different shrubs had been ignored. In the fall, I made repeated requests for care instructions, and for any guarantee for the planting and did not receive any. This spring, I had several plants which never came up. After 1 month of calls, I finally had a visit which I understood was to see the plants that were missing, and to come up with a plan to replace the missing perennials. The requested visit was in late May. The actual visit was in mid June. The estimate arrived in mid August. It included a bill for replacing the perennials. Only now am I informed that they do not have a guarantee for perennials failing to survive the first winter. Calls were not returned. Guarantees were not supplied. There were no followup visits or calls to see how I liked the planting, and if there was anything missing, or anything that needed fixing. The customer service was horrible. I take partial responsibility for not asking for references.
