They showed up on time and only took an hour to clean all my carpet. Most stains were removed but it didn't do well on pet stains. There was still pet odor, which is probably due to stains getting into the pad, but I was surprised that there were also still visible pet stains since I expected those to be removed (they did come out with my SpotBot).

Thoroughly satisfied with the quality and efficiency of work. All of the carpeting looked amazing when Brad and his colleague were done. The carpeting in the hallway dried within about 8 hours (it was actually a very humid day, so I thought this was pretty fast), and the indoor carpeting dried within about 4-5 hours. Brad was professional, courteous, and efficient. Go Green is also very affordable and, obviously, somewhat environmentally friendly.
