He was able to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion since we had a limited time in which to get the inspection completed. He was friendly and professional on the phone, arrived on time for the appointment, and was very well prepared. My husband, the realtor and I were present during the inspection. He did an inspection of the exterior of the home and garage, climbed on the roof, and took pictures. Then we went inside. We started in the basement. Mr. Lee took the time to explain the workings of the furnace, humidifier and water heater and what some of the possible problems are that we might expect with these in the future and explained the issues that he found that might be of concern. He was very thorough in looking at every room of the house. He tested the plumbing, the washing machine, tested the temperature of the heat coming out of every heat duct, checked spots in the walls for moisture, etc. The inspection lasted between 2 and 3 hours. He was able to give us a printed brief summary of the results and emailed and mailed us a very informative full report, with pictures.

Bob did an extremely thorough job of inspecting the home, garage, and appliances. His report detailed all safety issues (a couple found), general maintenance tasks needed, and recommendations for a new home buyer for routine maintenance in a very understandable manner. We were very pleased.

Mr. Lee was very thorough and professional. He started by inspecting the roof and shingles, examined the backyard, and then moved to the interior of the house . He reviewed all utilities, outlets, appliances, structural integrity, electrical systems and smoke detectors. We were lucky to have him as our inspector...he pointed out a lot of things to us that we would not have known to look for as first time home buyers.

Mr. Lee was courteous and answered all questions that we had in detail and with a smile. We highly recommend him as the and quot;go toand quot; house inspector. He will not miss any issues and will assess everything fairly.

Being a single mom with two teenagers, i was very nervous about owning my home verses renting where, if anything goes wrong I can just call the landlord! However, Robert was so kind, friendly and patient relying my fears and explained my new house in detail while he performed the inspection. He did not 'dummy' down the language or make me feel stupid at any time and allowed me to ask questions throughout the procedure.

Robert was very through and even advised me on how to maintain the structure inside and out. He checked all the appliances to make sure they were working and on the smaller items tried to fix them for me for free. After the inspection he had a portable printer that allowed him to print out the report immediately at the site and followed up by a more professional report with the pictures of the house and suggested items to repair via email. For someone who knows nothing about maintaining a home...PICTURES help a
lot. !!!
