Called ahead, gave me a price on phone, better and more responsive than the big box stores. Showed up on time, completed job quickly but thoroughly, left no mess. I was quite satisfied.

Scheduling was a little difficult, but he was always there when he said he would be. He charged me exactly what the estimate was. He did extra work that was not in the estimate, including supplies, for no charge. He returned the next day to take care of a warrantee issue. The manufacturer was not going to compensate him, but he did not charge me. Excellent service and craftsmanship!!
