We successfully located and contracted a suitable home due to Melissa's hard work. Highly recommended. In addition, we were privy to Melissa's efforts to market the properties of her selling clients. She exhibits good skills and creative marketing strategies. I would use her to sell our house if we decide to build in the future. Finally, Melissa exhibits none of the negative, stereotypical attributes of a successful real estate agent. She is personable, down to earth, low key, and seems genuinely interested in people.
