They're very professional and empathetic towards your pets. They do a great job letting us know what to look for and they send email reminders for seasonal items and vaccinations. The veterinarians do a wonderful job there. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Dr Richardson is great with animals. She really takes her time and explores all possible things that could be wrong with your pet. My cat also gets scared around new people.and she really took the time to reassure her and not scare her. I have gone to this vet multiple times now and am super impressed with her.

They are always very helpful and kind to your pets. It is a always easy to get a appointment with them.

Dr. Richardson, as always,was very friendly and helpful. She helped my dog feel comfortable and took her time doing a thorough exam. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

I have been using them for three years. All of the veterinarians at Cascade are wonderful. They take their time examining your pet and answering your questions. They never act like they are in a hurry to just get them vaccinated and move on. They also give you a detailed report in writing of any findings from the physical exam. Every time that I've had an issue come up with one of my pets they have been able to arrange for them to be seen the same day, if not by their regular vet them by one of their colleagues. The vet techs are also excellent and treat my dogs with kindness and gentleness. The prices are admittedly higher than some other vets in the area, but this is a situation in which I have found that you truly get what you pay for. They have longer hours than many other vets and treat every concern as though it is a top priority. My vet has even called me at home after hours to make sure that my dog was doing well after having a health issue earlier that day. They also have onsite surgery, pet hospital, boarding, and doggy daycare.

While the two elderly cats died, their length and quality of life was enhanced. Other cats with relatively insignificant problems were always well treated and outcomes were favorable.
